Every Social Enterprise targets a social problem for which they attempt to deliver positive impact.

Every social problem has a unique ecosystem of stakeholders, competitive dynamics and related  key factors.

A critical task for every social entrepreneur is to map its unique ecosystem as part of the initial research and preparation to launch their enterprise.

Use this as a guide to revise and upgrade your ecosystem map as you develop your social enterprise.
